Ovoca Bio, a biopharmaceutical company focused on women’s health, announced a consultancy agreement with former CEO Kirill Golovanov. Golovanov will advise on optimizing corporate structure and managing legacy issues from past asset disposal. The one-year agreement compensates Golovanov with a US$200,000 fee, and is considered fair by the company’s directors following advisers’ consultation.
