Ovoca Bio, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in women’s health, has sold 6,895,000 of its treasury shares at an average price of 1.01 pence each, resulting in gross proceeds of £69,020. This sale leaves the company with a total of 88,458,806 ordinary shares, with no shares remaining in treasury. Shareholders may use this new share total as the basis for any required notifications of changes in their stake in the company.
