Overseas Education Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 25, 2024, at which the company’s CFO, David Ho, introduced electronic polling for resolutions and briefed shareholders on the voting process. The Non-Executive Chairperson, Mr Tan Teng Muan, convened the meeting and introduced board members, auditors, and proposed director appointees. All resolutions were voted on by electronic poll, overseen by a scrutineer to ensure accuracy and adherence to the SGX-ST Listing Manual.
