Overseas Education Limited announces board restructuring with the retirement of directors Mr Ho Yew Mun and Mr Leow Wee Kia Clement, and the appointment of new independent directors Mr Jong Voon Hoo and Associate Professor Leong Ching Ching. Mr Tan Teng Muan will also transition to a non-executive, non-independent role following a tenure of over nine years. The changes, effective from the annual general meeting on 25 April 2024, aim to refresh the company’s governance structure.
