Ovanti Limited has entered a strategic partnership with Codebase Technologies to build an Agentic Digital Asset Bank within its Super App ecosystem, leveraging Codebase’s Digibanc platform, which already underpins several major banks and digital banking propositions across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. By integrating its Datamorph subsidiary with Digibanc’s cloud-native, API-first infrastructure, Ovanti will position Datamorph as an AI and digital asset innovation layer, aiming to sit at the junction of traditional banking, global payment networks, and emerging AI- and Web3-driven financial systems as it rolls out expanded Super App capabilities.

The collaboration gives Ovanti access to institutional-grade, globally deployed banking infrastructure tied into major networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and regional payment processors, allowing the company to accelerate time-to-market without building core banking systems in-house. This move is intended to strengthen Ovanti’s strategic positioning in digital finance by combining regulated banking foundations with agentic AI financial agents and digital asset orchestration, with further integrations, including digital asset custody, flagged as part of the next phase of its Super App expansion.
