Ovanti Limited has updated its prospectus to extend its share offer to additional international shareholders, provide fresh financial statements, and detail updated risks regarding ongoing litigation and investigations. The supplementary prospectus, dated 20 August 2024, supersedes conflicting information in the previous document and is primarily focused on raising $2,030,140 before costs for litigation and investigations. The offer is now open to shareholders in select countries, including the US, where only accredited investors can participate due to regulatory restrictions.
