IOUpay Limited (AU:OVT) has released an update.
Ovanti Limited’s subsidiary iSentric has secured major contracts with Malaysia’s third-largest bank, CIMB, to provide a comprehensive omnichannel communication strategy, valued at approximately AUD $4.8 million annually over three years. Additionally, Ovanti is set to increase its stake in IDSB from 21% to 34%, following the renewal of a valuable salary deduction code for payday lending services to civil servants. The company is also exploring an expansion into investment banking services and enhancing its digital marketing capabilities through Omni Channel Messaging and Electronic Direct Mail.
