Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation has initiated a $5 million funding round through a private placement, with prominent investor Eric Sprott subscribing to the entire offering. The funds raised will fuel the exploration and development of the Santa Ana Project, along with general corporate and working capital needs. The placement involves over 22 million units, each including one common share and half a warrant, with the closing expected around October 3, 2024.
