Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation has successfully completed a public offering, raising $3.45 million through the sale of 23 million units at $0.15 each, which includes common shares and warrants. The capital raised is earmarked for the exploration and development of the Santa Ana Project, as well as for working capital and general corporate needs. The offering was coordinated by Research Capital Corporation, which also received a commission and broker warrants for their services.
