Outbrain Co-CEO Yaron Galai Steps Down, Becomes Advisor

Outbrain (OB) has issued an update.

Yaron Galai, Co-CEO of the Company, will step down from his executive role on April 1, 2024, but will stay on as an advisor until the year’s end and continue as Chairman of the Board. His co-CEO, David Kostman, will take over as the sole CEO. Galai’s departure is not due to any operational disagreements, and he will maintain his current salary, with a reduced bonus, under a new advisory agreement.
