Outback Goldfields Corp has announced shareholder approval for the acquisition of S2 Resources’ Finnish assets, a strategic move that expands their presence into Finland’s Central Lapland Greenstone belt. Alongside this, they have successfully closed a bridge financing deal, raising CA$60,000 through the issuance of 1.5 million units, to support the acquisition.
