Outback Goldfields Corp. successfully completed the final portion of its private placement, raising $5 million, which will enable the completion of its acquisition of Finnish gold projects. The placement included over 64 million subscription receipts, which will convert into shares and warrants. The company, soon to be rebranded as Valkea Resources, anticipates to resume trading in the following weeks.
