OUE Limited has announced the issuance of S$150 million in green notes due in 2029, with a 4.00% fixed interest rate, through its wholly-owned subsidiary OUE Treasury Pte. Ltd. The notes, part of a larger S$3 billion Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme, are backed by OUE Limited and will finance eligible green projects aligned with recognized green standards. Investors can look forward to the notes being listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST), subject to approval.
