OUE Limited has announced significant changes to its Board and Board Committees, effective from 1 April 2024. Mr Sin Boon Ann will take over as Deputy Chairman, Dr Lim Boh Soon will become the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Ms Goh Min Yen has been appointed as the Chairman of both the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
