Oxford Technology 2 VCT Plc (OT2) reported that all resolutions presented at their Annual General Meeting on July 9, 2024, were approved by shareholders. Notable endorsements included the Annual Report, Directors’ Remuneration Report and Policy, and the re-election of several directors. The company also confirmed that proxy votes represented over 20% of the issued share capital, and the re-appointment of their auditors and continuation as a VCT were ratified.
