Ostrom Climate Solutions Inc. has successfully finalized a non-brokered private placement financing, raising $837,000 through the sale of over 16 million common shares. The funding, contributed to in part by company insiders, will support general corporate purposes with all securities issued subject to a hold period until late December 2024.
