Osteopore Set for A$20M Capital Boost via Convertible Notes

Osteopore Ltd. (AU:OSX) has released an update.

Osteopore Limited, an Australian-Singaporean company specializing in 3D-printed medical implants, is set to raise AUD 20 million through an issue of redeemable convertible notes (RCNs) to two Cayman Islands-based funds. The capital raised will support the company’s business operations, potential new projects and investments, and help with loan repayments. The funding initiative is pending shareholder and regulatory approval, with an extraordinary general meeting to be scheduled for formalizing the agreement.
