The Joint Offerors have made a voluntary unconditional cash offer to acquire all issued and paid-up ordinary shares of Ossia International Limited, excluding those already held by them, at S$0.145 per share. The offer, initially announced on June 12, 2024, has seen subsequent announcements including a supplemental notice regarding a proposed dividend and extensions of the closing date.
