Ossia International Limited has announced a voluntary unconditional cash offer made by Mr. Goh Ching Wah and his associates for all the issued and paid-up shares of the company, excluding those already held by the offerors. Shareholders have been informed about the offer through electronic dissemination, with the company’s offeree circular and a notification for electronic retrieval of documents. Additionally, the company’s proposed final dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
