The Joint Offerors, consisting of Mr. Goh Ching Wah, Mr. Goh Ching Lai, and Mr. Goh Ching Huat, have made a voluntary unconditional cash offer to acquire all issued and paid-up ordinary shares of Ossia International Limited, excluding those already held by them, at S$0.145 per share. This move follows a series of announcements and documents related to the offer, including an Offer Document, a Supplemental Announcement regarding a Proposed First and Final Dividend, and an Extension of the Closing Date.
