Ossia International Limited has announced an extension to the closing date of a voluntary unconditional cash offer for all its issued and paid-up ordinary shares by Mr. Goh Ching Wah and his associates, as per a series of official announcements. The board has appointed an independent financial adviser to assist in the consideration of the offer.
