Ossia International Limited has issued a response to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited’s (SGX-ST) requests for clarification regarding the voluntary unconditional cash offer from Mr. Goh Ching Wah and his associates to acquire all outstanding shares of the company. The details of the clarifications and the independent financial adviser’s responses are included in an appendix to the recent announcement. Shareholders are advised to review these clarifications in conjunction with the previously issued offeree circular and the independent financial adviser’s letter.
