Osmond Resources Director Resigns, Holds Shares

Osmond Resources Limited (AU:OSM) has released an update.

Osmond Resources Limited has announced the resignation of director Mr. Andrew Shearer, effective September 9, 2024. Prior to his departure, Shearer held no registered securities, but had interests in 2,568,000 ordinary shares and 1,750,000 unlisted options through Valas Investments. These options have varying expiry dates, with some valid until December 2026.
