OSL Group Welcomes New Executive Director

BC Technology Group Limited (HK:0863) has released an update.

OSL Group Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Jia Ruixin as an Executive Director, effective August 30, 2024. She brings over 16 years of experience, including key roles at IBM and SAP, and she is set to receive an annual remuneration of HK$1,572,000. Concurrently, Mr. Ko Chun Shun, Johnson will be resigning from his executive director role on the same date to focus on personal commitments.
