OSL Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Lee Kam Hung Lawrence as the new Chairman and non-executive Director, effective from 27 September 2024. Mr. Lee brings a wealth of experience from his 46-year tenure at Baker McKenzie law firm and extensive service in community roles, including the Securities and Futures Commission. Concurrently, the company disclosed the resignation of the former Chairman and Executive Director, Mr. Pan Zhiyong, who is stepping down on the same date for personal reasons.
