OSL Group Achieves Full Placement Proceed Utilization

BC Technology Group Limited (HK:0863) has released an update.

OSL Group Limited has successfully utilized the net proceeds from its June 2021 placement of 31,952,500 new shares, which generated approximately HK$534 million after expenses. The funds were allocated to IT-related costs, operational working capital, and as reserves for future expansion into markets such as the UK, Singapore, and America, with the full amount expended by the end of 2023.
