Osino Completes Sale to Shanjin, Plans Delisting

Osino Resources (TSE:OSI) has released an update.

Osino Resources Corp. has completed the sale of all its common shares to Shanjin International Gold Co., Ltd. at a price of C$1.90 per share. Following the acquisition, Shanjin plans to delist Osino from the TSX Venture Exchange and terminate its public reporting requirements. Osino, a Canadian company, is known for its fast-tracked gold project in Namibia, positioned in a mining-friendly jurisdiction with essential infrastructure.
