OSB Group PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 109,704 of its ordinary shares on May 13, 2024. This action is part of the company’s share buyback program initiated on March 15, 2024, and following the transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 389,518,916 with equivalent voting rights, as no shares are held in treasury.
