OSB Group PLC has conducted a share buyback on April 18, 2024, purchasing a total of 163,536 ordinary shares through various exchanges, to be cancelled, impacting the total number of voting rights in the company. The buyback is part of a previously announced program initiated on March 15, 2024, and following the transaction, the company will have 390,990,688 ordinary shares in issue. The shares were acquired at prices ranging between £3.7840 and £3.8480 per share, with the volume weighted average price details provided for each trading venue.
