OSB Group PLC has repurchased 384,352 of its ordinary shares from the London Stock Exchange as part of its share buyback program initiated in September 2024. The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the company’s total number of ordinary shares in circulation to 373,756,761. This move is often seen as a strategy to boost shareholder value by enhancing earnings per share.
