OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has executed a buyback of 131,841 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 380.80p to 393.40p, which will result in the cancellation of these shares. The buyback is part of a programme announced earlier in the month, and following the transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will stand at 380,975,025 with the same amount of voting rights, as no shares are held in treasury.
