OSB Group PLC has announced that their Group Chief Risk Officer, Hasan Kazmi, has withdrawn from the 2022 Sharesave Scheme, resulting in the lapse of his options at £4.2933 per share and the return of his savings. Kazmi has applied to participate in the 2024 scheme, with further details to be disclosed upon the granting of any options. The company, a specialist lender and retail savings provider listed on the London Stock Exchange, continues to attract attention from investors with these managerial financial dealings.
