Oryzon Genomics SA has announced a capital increase by issuing 303,288 new shares following a bond conversion requested by investor Nice & Green SA, for a nominal amount of €570,000. This action, part of a convertible bond program initiated last November, raises the company’s share capital to €3,148,477.20. The new shares are now trading on the Spanish Stock Exchanges.
