Oryzon Genomics S.A. has announced that its investor, Nice & Green SA, has requested a conversion of bonds worth 880,000 euros into 494,854 new shares, priced at 1.7783 euros each. The company will soon formalize the capital increase and seek to list the new shares on multiple Spanish stock exchanges.
