An announcement from Orsted ( (DOGEF) ) is now available.
Ørsted has exercised its call option to redeem in full its EUR 700 million 3.625% notes due 1 March 2026, issued in March 2023, and will repay them at par plus accrued interest on 2 February 2026. Once the redemption is completed, the bonds will be delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, simplifying Ørsted’s capital structure and removing this specific euro-denominated issue from its debt stack, with operational implications mainly for bondholders who will receive early repayment via the clearing systems.
