Ørsted has entered into a strategic partnership with Brookfield, selling a 12.45% stake in four UK offshore wind farms for GBP 1.745 billion. This divestment aligns with Ørsted’s farm-down program while allowing Brookfield to expand in the offshore wind sector. Ørsted retains a significant ownership and will continue to manage the wind farms, maintaining its leadership in renewable energy.
