Orsted ( (DOGEF) ) just unveiled an update.
Ørsted has announced the results of its latest employee elections to the company’s board of directors, confirming three employee representatives for a four-year term. Senior mechanical specialist Benny Gøbel and solutions manager Pawel Matysiak were re-elected, while lead venture manager Ruchit Majmudar joins the board for the first time.
The employee-elected directors will take their seats on Ørsted’s board after the annual general meeting on 9 April 2026. The refreshed mix of technical, digital, and commercial expertise from across the organisation underlines Ørsted’s governance model, which formally integrates employee perspectives into board-level decision-making at a time when the company continues to scale its global renewable energy portfolio.
