Orrstown Financial Services (ORRF) has shared an update.

On July 1, 2024, Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. and Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. successfully completed their merger of equals, creating a unified entity with Orrstown as the surviving corporation. Shareholders of Codorus Valley received 0.875 shares of Orrstown stock for each share held, and the combined company assumed Codorus Valley’s existing financial obligations. The merger also resulted in an expanded board with directors from both companies and the appointment of new executive roles, marking a significant milestone in the history of both financial institutions.
