Orpheus Uranium Limited has announced their departure from their Zambian exploration projects, transferring rights to Prospect Resources Limited. In exchange, Orpheus will receive A$1.0 million in Prospect shares and potential future payments, alongside options to acquire additional shares. The agreement also stipulates that Orpheus will provide Prospect with all relevant mining data and withdraw any pending legal appeals regarding their Zambian license.
