Orora ( (AU:ORA) ) has issued an update.
Orora has appointed Paul Victor as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective 4 November 2026, following an extensive search to replace outgoing CFO Shaun Hughes after his six-year tenure. Victor brings more than 30 years of strategic and financial leadership across multiple industries and ASX-listed environments, including senior roles at Sasol, Incitec Pivot and most recently as CFO of Fonterra’s Mainland Group.
The leadership change follows Hughes’ decision to remain in Europe after a two-year assignment in France supporting the integration of Saverglass, a major recent acquisition for Orora. The company emphasised Hughes’ key role in steering its global finance function through market pressures and transformative transactions, signalling continuity in financial stewardship and strategic execution as Victor steps in to support Orora’s next phase of growth.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:ORA) stock is a Hold with a A$2.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Orora stock, see the AU:ORA Stock Forecast page.
