Baysidepark Osaka South Residences, completed in May 2024, is a 15-story reinforced-concrete building with full ownership of both land and structure held via trust, and shows rapid lease-up with occupancy rising to over 90% of end tenants by January 2026. The property’s appraisal value of 3.97 billion yen and projected yield after depreciation of 3.0% underscore its role as a stable income generator within ORIX JREIT’s growing residential portfolio.
