Orix Corporation Announces 4.650% Global Notes Due 2029

Orix (IX) has released an update.

Orix Corporation has issued a new series of global notes offering a 4.650% interest rate, due in 2029. These securities are subject to Japanese withholding tax unless certain conditions are met exempting the holder from this tax. The notes are unsecured, unsubordinated general obligations of Orix Corporation, payable in U.S. dollars, and will not be redeemable prior to maturity.
