Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc (ORIT) has announced the buyback of 30,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 79.50 pence per share, which will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, ORIT’s total number of voting rights comes to 562,115,130. This move is part of the share repurchase plan authorized by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 19 June 2024.
