Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc (ORIT) has reported the purchase of 160,610 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 74.48 pence per share, to be held as treasury shares. Following this transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights has been updated to 562,245,130. The buy-back is part of the company’s strategy as authorized by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting earlier in the year.
