Orion Minerals Director Increases Shareholding

Orion Minerals Limited (AU:ORN) has released an update.

Orion Minerals Ltd has announced a change in the holdings of their director, Godfrey Gomwe, who has acquired an additional 750,000 fully paid ordinary shares indirectly through Compradore Limited. This change, which is in lieu of cash consideration for director fees, raises Gomwe’s indirect shareholding to 2,089,285 shares, while his direct holdings remain at 2,250,000 shares. The transaction occurred following approval at the company’s General Meeting and the shares were valued at $0.015 each.
