Oriole Resources PLC, a West Africa-focused AIM-quoted exploration company, has announced that Lanstead Capital Investors LP now holds a 16.99% interest in the company, following a dilutive warrant exercise by Directors on 23 January 2024. The company, known for its gold exploration activities in Cameroon and Senegal, has also reported significant gold and lithium discoveries and is in discussions for joint ventures and other strategic financial activities.
