Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc executed a share buyback on 27 August 2024, acquiring 18,327 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from €3.2450 to €3.3000 per share. The buyback is part of a larger €20 million repurchase program, and the acquired shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of cancellation or re-issue at a later date. The company’s issued share capital, following the transaction, consists of 106,284,712 ordinary shares with voting rights and 19,035,663 treasury shares without voting rights.
