Origin Enterprises plc has announced the buyback of 20,000 of its own ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin, as part of a larger €20 million share repurchase program initiated in November 2023. The shares were acquired through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, with the prices ranging from €3.2450 to €3.2900 per share. Post-transaction, the company’s total shares in issue will be 106,169,015, with an additional 19,151,360 shares held in treasury.
