Origin Enterprises plc has recently announced the purchase of 20,000 of its own ordinary shares, which were acquired through Euronext Dublin at prices ranging from €3.1850 to €3.2400 per share. These shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of future cancellation or re-issue. This move is part of the company’s €20 million share buyback program that was publicized on November 20, 2023.
