Origin Enterprises plc has successfully completed its €20 million share buyback programme, purchasing a total of 6,309,973 ordinary shares at an average price of €3.1696 each. On September 13, 2024, the company acquired 164 shares at a price of €3.3400 per share, which will be held in treasury either for cancellation or future re-issue. This final acquisition concludes the buyback initiative that began on November 20, 2023.
